We need both your payment and your form before we can confirm your spot.
Once we have both, we’ll contact you within 2 days.
If we can’t offer you a spot for any reason, we’ll send a full refund right away.
(Why this process? Last year, there was a gap between registrations and actual payments, which led to uncertainty about who was really joining. This new process helps us keep things clearer on the admin side)
Cancellation Policy
60 or more days before the event: Refund minus a €7 admin fee
22-59 days before the event: 70% refund
11-22 days before the event: 50% refund
less than 11 days before the event: No Refund.
Tickets are NON TRANSFERABLE to other participants.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
