Desire, Devotion, and Discipline

It All Begins Here

A 13-week online journey through conscious practice, and the element of 🔥 Fire: From Autumn Equinox to Winter Solstice

Desire, Devotion, and Discipline is a 13-week journey exploring the cultivation of transformational fire through conscious practice.

We will meet online once a week to explore what happens when we choose something meaningful and create a committed relationship with it.

The Invitation:

🔥 Arrive at your own practice
🔥 Commit to it
🔥 Notice what unfolds

Using guided practices and self inquiry, you’ll be invited to attune to desires that move you as a gateway to discipline, held space for by loving, compassionate, permission-full devotion.

This journey is rooted in the practice of tapas: the cultivation of transformational fire through committed practice.

Rooted in Classical Tantra, tapas is the practice of creating heat through conscious action: acting with dedicated intention, and meeting whatever friction arises as transformative fire.

We cultivate this disciplined action from a relational space to ourselves and honoring of our desires and longing - and in lovingly honoring resistance as a celebrated outcome.

As summer begins to turn toward autumn, the days, shorten, the outside warmth begins to fade… Leaning into the seasonal change to build momentum and consciously tend our own inner fire.

Our final call will be on 20 December, just before the Winter Solstice, as a moment to reflect, harvest, and close the journey together.

my role in this journey

I will offer teachings, guidance, reflections, and a space for us to learn together.

I’ve been learning and practicing Classical Tantra (primarily nondual Shaiva Tantra) since 2017.

Tapas played a great transformative role in this current life chapter, and I’m honored to share it.

Your role is to show up and trust yourself, or be ready to cultivate this trust.

No need to know your practice, or have a practice.

No need previous experience with Tantra or any particular tradition.

If you’re still reading, feeling curious, feeling called, you can choose to cultivate this curiousity, follow the impulse, act on it by making a choice and joining.

I look forward to practicing together.
