As I was recording the conversation with Nicole, I was moving through many experiences at once. I felt excited and curious. I felt nourished by the exchange and grateful for being in conversation. I also felt nervous, uncertain, underprepared in some ways, and overprepared in others. In some moments I felt confident and clear, and in others - actively efforting, searching while speaking.
it felt vulnerable as fuck.
and, absolutely delicious.
I think every moment has the potential for ectatic confusion, conscious reinvention, joyful mess and playfull, surrendered being.
Where everything belongs.
And I believe magic can happen, in the where and when that we can invite every part of us with friendly permission.
All emotions belong,
all desires,
contractions,
presence and confusion.
